Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships

Join us for a presentation by Senior Solicitor, Stephen Karanfilovski from the Macarthur Legal Centre to learn more about how you can plan and act now to make this easier in the future.

The presentation will cover:
- Wills: what they are, why they are required and the benefits of having a will, who is and what the role of an executor entails, and what constitutes a legal will.
- Enduring Power of Attorneys (EOPA): the function of the EPOA, what an EPOA covers, the role of the Attorney, when the EPOA can begin.
- Enduring Guardianships: the function of the EG, what an EG covers, the role of the nominated Guardian, when can the EG begins.
