Strata law workshop

Strata living can require dispute resolution when issues arise between various strata owners or disputes between the body corporate committee and caretaking service contractors.

Strata Law expert David Bannerman and Strata Management consultant Edward Baker will discuss how to resolve conflicts about renovations, noise issues from tenants etc, how to negotiate when there is a conflict of values amongst the strata team, how to represent yourself at the NCAT Tribunal, and tips on how to find the best managing agent for your strata team.
