Lunch & learn: Your rights in the workplace

It is important to understand your workplace rights, whether you have been employed at the same place for years, or are starting a new job. The Fair Work Act sets out a number of obligations on your employer and also protections for you in the workplace. Sometimes these differ depending on the type of employee you are. This talk will provide you with information on the different types of employee you can be in a workplace, and also your general rights in the workplace, and how to assert those rights with your employer.
