This Law Week come along and hear how the clash between military man, Darling and Chief Justice Forbes together with the establishment of the Supreme Court of New South Wales shaped Australia today with a free press and independent judiciary.
The Rule of Law Education Centre has recently published a book for high school aged children to educate them about this story.
